That was the surreal question we addressed on our most recent episode of Accidental Business owners.

The good…

Hey guys, I just listened to your ep on deciding whether to have the PM on the podcast and felt compelled to just say - massive respect to you guys. I think the decision was less important than the process you took to make it. That’s what spoke volumes to me. I listen to you guys because it’s a values-based discussion about authenticity which you don’t get many other places. Some people won’t get that it wasn’t a political decision. You chose value over clicks. So yeah - for what my opinion is worth - just wanted to say, nice one, keep doing what you’re doing.

The bad…

The fact that people don’t want to hear this shows how incapable we, as a society has become of listening to other points of view. “It doesn’t fit our narrative, so let’s not listen”. How embarrassing

And the lols..

Jesus this podcast smells of wokeness. Nearly 26 minutes of feelings around a decision to have someone on or not on the show! Today's society people, WTF!

We’re not closing the door on politics ever being a part of our show, but it’s not the right fit for where we are right now.

The whole exercise helped us understand who we are, and It was a good practical example of how values affect decision making.
